Sierra Commercial Expands Office Division

Colorado Springs, CO - Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is pleased to welcome Lonnie Wagner as Managing Director to the Office Division. 

Mr. Wagner brings to Sierra's Office Division over 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.  Since 1987, Wagner’s specialty has been office and medical properties.  His services include tenant/buyer representation, landlord/seller representation and consulting services.  During his commercial real estate career, Wagner has closed transactions that account for over 4.5 million square feet.  Past clients include Anthem Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Pikes Peak Cardiology, Farmers Insurance and Peoples National Bank, just to name a few. 

Wagner graduated from Arizona State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. 

Wagner enjoys his family, especially his four granddaughters, golf and classic Corvettes.
