Colorado Springs, CO - The Realtor Commercial Industrial Society of Colorado Springs honored Dave Bacon and Randy Miller of Sierra Commercial Real Estate for their exceptional transaction achievements last year.

Sierra broker Dave Bacon was honored with the Retail/Land Transaction Award for his work with The Larry H. Miller Companies.  Bacon sold an assemblage of five parcels totaling 16 acres of vacant land in Aerotech Park to the Miller Companies for Colorado Springs' newest Toyota Dealership.  With competition from the Powers Auto Park site which was available for lease only, Aerotech Park provided the prime location at Powers and Fountain Boulevards as well as the opportunity to own.

Randy Miller of Sierra Commercial Real Estate also was honored with the Office Transaction of the Year Award.  Miller's impressive achievement involved bringing California-based call center PRC, LLC to Tiffany Square in Colorado Springs.  Having plans to hire approximately 550 employees, PRC leased more than 96,000 square feet of office space.  Situated near I-25 and Woodmen Road, and equipped with extensive call center infrastructure, Tiffany Square offered exceptional attributes for PRC's plans for growth.
