Colorado Springs, CO - Sierra Commercial Real Estate Brokers Randal Miller and Brian Wagner negotiated on behalf of a California-based owner to lease more than 96,000 square feet to PRC, LLC at Tiffany Square located at 6805 Corporate Drive. Occupancy is planned for the first quarter of 2007.

PRC was attracted by the prominent centralized location and extensive call center infrastructure already in place at Tiffany Square.

PRC, LLC partners with corporate clients such as DirecTV and Sprint to operate their customer support centers.  Approximately 550 will be employed at the prime location near I-25 and Woodmen Road.
