Colorado Springs, CO - The former Budweiser Distribution Facility, located at 1601 N. Erie Avenue, Pueblo, was recently purchased by Raymond Braun.  The 50,000 square foot warehouse building was sold for $1,200,000.  Kent Mau, Senior Managing Director of Sierra Commercial Real Estate, and Dan Molello of Jones-Healy Inc. Realtors represented the seller, Pueblo Distributing Company.
