Mau Involved in Over $120 million in Sales and Leasing

Colorado Springs, CO – Kenton R. Mau, Senior Managing Director for Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. was recently named Top Producer for 2005. Kent was directly involved in sales and leasing volume of over $120 million for the year. This is the second consecutive year that Kent has achieved this distinction with Sierra Commercial Real Estate. He has consistently been among the top producers during his twenty-five year commercial real estate career and is recognized as the leading office broker in the community.

Significant transactions for Mau in 2005 include the sale of The Alamo Corporate Center, the sale of the former Progressive Building, the sale of the Woodmen Corporate Center, and the negotiation of leases for Boeing Corporation, ARINC, Xaware, Infor Global, and Wells Fargo Bank among others.
