Weingarten Realty Investors Have Plans to Renovate

Colorado Springs, CO - The Uintah Gardens Shopping Center located at 1750 West Uintah, was recently purchased by Weingarten Realty Investors for $14,300,000 according to Mark Useman, Senior Managing Director, Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc., who represented the buyer in the transaction.

Major tenants in the 211,000 square foot center include King Soopers and Walgreens, which rank among the city’s top performing stores, Family Dollar and Petco. Weingarten’s plans for remodeling the center include moving Walgreens to a pad site and adding a King Soopers gas station.
