Mau Represents Seller In One Of Colorado Springs' Largest Building Sales In Recent History

Colorado Springs, CO – Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. announced today that Nor’wood Development has purchased the 12-story Alamo Corporate Center for $26.1 million. Kent Mau of Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the former owner, Utah State Retirement Fund, in the transaction. This transaction represents one of the largest investment sales in Colorado Springs' recent history.

The 190,000-square-foot office building is 90% leased to a variety of professional firms such as telecommunications, legal, real estate related and financial based firms. The Class-A office building was constructed in 1983.
