Colorado Springs, CO – Sierra Commercial Real Estate Inc. has named Ben Lowe Director of Market Research.

Lowe is responsible for compiling, tracking and interpreting industry statistics for the Pikes Peak region, which include vacancy rates, absorption, rental rates, market trends, demographics and employment trends. Sierra Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is the only commercial brokerage firm in Colorado Springs with in-house research capabilities.

Lowe was previously a licensed financial advisor and personal banker with Key Bank.  He is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a BS in Business Administration and holds NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
